Real estate has been my profession for over two decades, spanning two of the most dynamic markets in the country: Greater Los Angeles and Greater Nashville. I began my career in California, where I built deep experience across luxury homes, estates, investment properties, and complex transactions. Today, while I continue to serve clients and colleagues in Southern California—including Calabasas, Westlake Village, and Beverly Hills—I am based in Franklin, Tennessee, where my primary focus is helping buyers and sellers navigate Middle Tennessee with confidence.
My work has always been relationship-driven rather than volume-driven. I’ve represented musicians, entertainers, professional athletes, executives, investors, first-time buyers, and families at every stage of life. Discretion matters. So does precision. The common thread is that clients want thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and someone who understands both the numbers and the nuance behind a decision.
I sell luxury homes, but I don’t only sell luxury homes. I’ve guided clients through distressed properties, foreclosures, short sales, and market downturns where experience—not enthusiasm—made the difference. That perspective allows me to advise investors realistically, help sellers position assets properly, and protect buyers from costly mistakes. Whether a property is a flagship estate or an overlooked opportunity, the approach is the same: quiet preparation, informed strategy, and disciplined execution.
While I represent buyers and sellers equally, my current emphasis is on Tennessee buyers—particularly those relocating or investing in Franklin, Brentwood, and Nashville. Living in Franklin gives me a genuine local perspective, while my long-standing California relationships continue to connect people, capital, and opportunity across markets. Many of my clients find me the same way I prefer to work: through referrals, introductions, and reputation.
